Contract and business conditions

  1. Our prices are per person/room, including service and VAT. Each invoice amount is net, i.e. without deduction of commissions.
  2. In case of a binding booking of an event, a reservation fee of 30% of the expected order volume is due, which the client shall transfer to the account of the Dietrich Bonhoeffer Hotel within one week after acceptance of the offer.
  3. In the case of group bookings, the client undertakes to transmit the complete individual guest data so that the hotel can directly invoice all services used. If these data are not available until the respective check-in of the guest, the organizer is liable for all possibly not paid and used services of the individual guest.
  4. Cancellations by the client are possible free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. If the event is subsequently cancelled in whole or in part, a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed room / arrangement price per person will be charged to the client.
  5. In case of cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed room or arrangement price per person will be charged. The respective cancellations must be made in writing by the conference participant or the client.
  6. It is forbidden to bring and consume your own food and drinks in the house. A corkage fee will be charged for violations. Cancellations of individual meals are free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, after that we charge 30% cancellation fee.
  7. The contractor is liable for any damage caused to a group.
